We ship our Regulation ACA 2x4 Surface Cornhole Boards in an innovative, high quality, 49x26x9in cardboard box, in which corner protectors are built into the packaging to prevent the corners of the cornhole boards from getting damaged. We separate finished boards with two layers of foam to prevent damage of the surface of the cornhole boards during transit. The package on average weighs between 60 - 65 pounds. It will weigh more pending the addition of accessories or upgrades to the construction of the board.
We use FedEx to ship out our products. If a board is damaged by the courier, then please reach out to us via email with images and an order number. We will make a case by case decision on how we will handle the situation. Please refer to the Returns and Damages Policy page.
Processing times can vary. In the months of January - April and August - Mid November, we typically have a 1-3 business day processing time window for products without customization. However, please refer to the processing times at checkout as the time frame is most accurate. From May - July and Mid November - December, we strive to stay within 3-5 business day processing time for orders without customization, but due to an influx of sales during those times it is not always possible. Please add 1-7 days for transit time to your location. Please contact us if you have a deadline prior to placing your order.
We do offer the option to expedite processing time at an additional cost. Next Business Day Expedited Processing means that your order will be shipped out the next business day (weekends or holidays are not considered business days) and will be delivered within 1-7 days after depending on your location relative to us. Same Business Day Expedited Processing means we will ship out your order the same business day if purchased before 12:00 PM EST and it will be delivered within 1-7 days after depending on your location relative to us. This option is also possible for customized products, but is dependent on approval date instead of purchase date.
Express Shipping is available at an additional cost. This means that the order would arrive within 1-2 business days to your location. Oftentimes expedited processing may be necessary as well. Please reach out to us with an address and desired delivery date if you are interested so we can provide a free quote on the cost.
We do offer shipping outside of the United States at an additional cost. Please reach out to us with an address if you are interested so we can provide a free quote on the cost. Additionally, once shipped, the order is ineligible for cancellation or return/exchanges. It is also ineligible for replacement once delivered. Once the package has left the United States, we will not be held liable for any issues.
