We accept Returns and Exchanges within and up to 30 days after delivery due to Manufacturer or Shipping defects.
We may accept returns for non-defective products or any other reason but that would be on a case to case basis evaluation. If this is your situation, please contact us on our contact us page.
We will pay for the shipping costs if the product being delivered arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect. We will setup a return label and provide it to you to download, print and use.
If product is returned due to any reason other than Manufacturer defects or Shipping defects... the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs back to Seller. Please make sure when you place the order that the item is the exact product that you want.
Please inspect the products on your order on delivery - we will need to be notified of any issues within 30 days after you received the order. We are not liable for anything after 30 days.
All refunds will only be made in the form of store credits if item is returned due to any reason other than Manufacturer or Shipping defects. If you are due a refund of payment, we will issue it to the same payment method you used for your order within 10 business days of receiving the product (in the same condition that you originally got it in) from you. Please allow up to an additional week for your bank to update your bank account with the refund.
We may offer exchanges if appropriate.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which the buyer received it in.
You can return the item directly to our store in Altamonte Springs Florida or by mail. If you are using the "mail" system - we prefer UPS or FedEx rather than USPS. Make sure you package the products in the return well and have a tracking number. Also, make sure you contact us for a RMA number prior to sending anything to us and that we replied to your return request. Don't just send it back to us without contacting us first. There is a link when you log into your profile on our site with a link to start the Return process.
